___________________________TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION:

Prices could be changed depending on extra requests for the final piece20% DISCOUNT IF YOU CAN PROVE IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY (I'm not playing around)20% DISCOUNT IF THE CHARACTER YOU WANT TO COMMISSION IS basically A MUSHROOM (I enjoy making those)Prices are prone to change through time

• Any gender• Soft gore/blood/ugly ouchies thingies (like war injuries and such, maybe could be up for some shanking if the context isn't weird enough? don't feel ashamed to ask)• Weird and/or complex lighting/colors (specially if u want something to look dirty or analog)•Backgrounds, be it a complex scene or a simple praerie.•Cluttered or ornamental designs (your poncho can get as many stitches as you want!).•Fantasy/DnD/medieval/Scrappunk stuff (my comfort zones)• Horrible, voracious, and noble beasts• Although my stuff may look grimy, I can do colorful and cute stuff.• Character charts/turnarounds.• Your valiant and adventurous OC (maybe even grumpy)

• Typical colourful Furry-type characters (Should study a bit,, although I could adapt it to my style, would that be talked about by us both)•Complex machinery designs, such as big highly detailed airplanes, giant Gundam-like mechas, and so on, but who actually does commission mecha art? never had the pleasure to find out,,,• NSFW/highly suggestive content (I can do slightly suggestive/mild artwork and seductive characters, just nothing that could be considered NSFW by common guidelines)• Shocking and/or actually problematic Gore (I can do painful wounds but there's a huge line between wounds and a severed body, or a cool violent fight and straight-up torture. Would prefer not doing such a thing, even if I can).• Remember that, just like anyone, I have limits when it comes to producing illustrations, everything I do is locked by my skill level and by my free time, as i'm an animation student. When commissioning, you should expect the same skill level seen in my already showcased work.

•* Payment is made via Paypal through an Email invoice (optimal).**• Be sure to give me your preferred Image Resolution (ex. 1080p) and Aspect Ratio (ex. 16:9). The commission will always be .png, as optimal.• Extras like backgrounds, extra characters, Icons, asking for a specific artstyle, extra complexity etc have to be discussed with me in the Commission Agreement and will change the price of the commission itself, be adding extra payment (like backgrounds) or making the price smaller (icons).• Try to give me as much information and references about what you want commissioned, that will make me produce your commission way better and faster. For example, letting me know the personality of a character will help give me a clearer image of how to portray them.• Following the previous point, youmaking a quick sketch of what you desire would be optimal, no matter how basic (lots of information in two stick figures fighting!)• You have to pay full price within 24 hours AFTER the commission agreement gets sorted out. [although I could make an exception if there was a real issue with that]• The TAT/completion time could be between 2 weeks and a month, depending on complexity• If something happens that could affect the commission or the approximate deadline, i'll notify you and, if needed, refund you

(buying a commission means you've fully read and accepted these conditions)not abiding can't be excused (for exception of the Client harmlessly confusing a small term), as all the information is always there for the client to read)lotta text, not gonna lie, but it's all stuff for the safety of us both![ LAST UPDATED: MARCH 30, 2021 ]

**PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING DEFINITIONS: **The Artist refers to the individual producing the Commission [NICODICODINGO].The Client refers to the individual purchasing the Commission. The Commission refers to the service produced by the Artist to the Client according to the Commission agreement, other definitions can be Artwork, Illustration, Project, Painting, and others, always considering the service aspect. The Commission agreement refers to the discussion or conversation through which the Artist and the Client come to an agreement about the subject matter, the type of Commission, the Commission price/payment, and - if applicable - the deadline, start of work, early termination, copyright, personal or commercial licence, and the public display preference of the Commission by the Client.
The Start of Work refers to the precise day the Artist starts producing the requested Commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

1. The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request.2. The Client may display the Commission in Profiles as long as the Artist’s name (NICODICODINGO) is displayed along the post in any possible way, although there can be exceptions if the Client and Artist come to an agreement.3. The Artist may use any images of the Commission for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in the Commission Agreement (confidentiality).4. If the Commission is defined as confidential in the Commission Agreement, the Artist will temporarily delay public display of the image at the request of the Client.5. The Client may request a preview of the Commission at any time during the creation process, especially at the early stages of the Commission, but not more than 3 times total, unless allowed by the Artist.6. The Artist can reproduce art of a copyrighted or Trademarked image or character, as long as it is agreed as Personal Use only, and not Commercial Use in any way.7. The Artist is not responsible for printing [creating a hard copy of] a digital art Commission for the Client unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement. The Client may use the digital file for local printing, so long as it does not breach any other condition (like being anything other than Personal Use) and the Client obtains expressed written permission from the Artist prior to printing.8. All commissions are stated as Personal Use, unless the possibility of it being used for Commercial Purposes is discussed and agreed between the Client and the Artist.9. The Artist retains all rights to the Commission, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion (e.g. Profiles, Personal Space, Public Space, etc.). The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission, unless any of those options is agreed by both the Artist and Client.10. All communication with the Client will be done in their platform of preference, but only if the Artist has an account there and accepts doing so, as some platforms are more optimal for contacting and sending images than others.11. The Artist has the right to put their signature in the Commission, and will make sure to make it affect minimally the Commission itself. The Client can request a non-signed version of the Commission if an agreement is done with the Artist, but the Client can't erase the signature from the commission under any circumstance.12. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, and can only be modified by the agreement of both parties.

II. PAYMENT

1. Payment must be made through a Paypal invoice sent through Email (optimal), or alternatively, through Buymeacoffee’s internal payment tool, which accepts payments via Paypal and Debit/Credit Cards.2. The Artist hereby sells or transfers the Commission to the Client at the agreed value.3. A full upfront payment must be made after the signing of the Commission Agreement and prior to the Start of Work, unless another solution is agreed with the Client by the Artist. If the Commission Agreement has been done but the payment hasn't been made, the Start of Work could be postponed (example, if both the Client and the Artist make a Commission Agreement, but the Commission itself has to be postponed, the Artist must only be paid when the Start of Work is made official).4. All prices are expressed in American Dollars (USD), and payments are expected to be made as such. The Client is responsible for providing the correct amount.5. Just like the Client is able to send extra payment as a way of tipping the Artist, the Artist has the right to keep such extra payment if the Client wants to get it back, as it counts as part of the total payment the Artist received for the Commission.6. The Artist won't refund a Commission if it is more than halfway done, meaning the job is almost finished and time was already put into it. An example of halfway done would be a Detailed Commission with its lineart and color already done, but lacking some details.

To you, for supporting me:
Thank you!
From the bottom of my heart!
