[+$70 for detailed background]
[+$50 for extra character (+$20 if half-body)]___________________________TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION:
Prices could be changed depending on extra requests for the final piece.Prices are prone to change through timeI work heavily with details, so i'm gonna take time on the piece.
At the same time, i'm going through difficult times IRL, so i'm gonna work slowly and my TAT might be affected, if this difficults us both or puts issues into our communication, we can talk and agree on a refund.

• Any gender• Soft gore/blood/ugly ouchies thingies (like war injuries and such, maybe could be up for some actual killing if the context isn't weird for me? don't feel ashamed to ask)•Backgrounds, be it a complex scene or a simple praerie, although this will take me time.•Cluttered or ornamental designs.•Fantasy/DnD/medieval/bronze/ancient/Scrappunk/folkish stuff• Character charts/turnarounds, and character design commissions (should be discussed to calculate price).

• Extremely colorful and simple characters (Should study a bit,, although I could adapt it to my style, would that be talked about by us both)•Complex machinery designs, such as big highly detailed airplanes, giant Gundam-like mechas, and so on, but who actually does commission mecha art? never had the pleasure to find out• NSFW/highly suggestive content (Not that I don't know how, just not comfortable discussing these.)• Eroguro or Shocking/problematic Gore.• Remember that, just like anyone, I have limits when it comes to producing illustrations, everything I do is locked by my skill level and by my free time, as i'm an animation student. When commissioning, you should expect the same skill level seen in my already showcased work.

• Payment is made via Paypal through an Email invoice (optimal).• If not, payment through a KOFI donation is the second best thing. (as both options give client and buyer protection)• Be sure to give me your preferred Image Resolution (ex. 1080p) and Aspect Ratio (ex. 16:9). The commission will always be .png, as optimal.• Extras like backgrounds, extra characters, Icons, asking for a specific artstyle, extra complexity etc have to be discussed with me in the Commission Agreement and will change the price of the commission itself, be adding extra payment (like backgrounds) or making the price smaller (icons).• Try to give me as much information and references about what you want commissioned, that will make me produce your commission way better. For example, letting me know the personality of a character will help give me a clearer image of how to portray them.• Following the previous point, you making a quick sketch of what you desire would be optimal if you wanted something highly specific, no matter how basic (lots of information in a stick figure)*• Still, please do consider these pieces as authorial pieces. I won't adapt to any artstyle, I will apply my style in the piece commissioned and I will do my best to make it have my personal flair. If you commission me you do so because of my style so it will be used.• Very important to consider, as i'm currently under a very busy schedule, the TAT/completion time could be between 1 month, to 2 months, to even 4, depending on complexity. A TAT will be decided in the agreement by us both. If the deadline is overcome and not much advance has been made due to human circumstances I will make sure to refund you.• Again, if something happens that could affect the commission or the approximate deadline, i'll notify you and, if needed, refund you.

(buying a commission means you've fully accepted these conditions)Not abiding can't be excused (for exception of the Client harmlessly confusing a small term), as all the information is always there for the client to read)It's a lot of text, but this is only to protect us both[ LAST UPDATED: APRIL 15, 2024 ]
PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING DEFINITIONS:The Artist refers to the individual producing the Commission [NICODICODINGO].The Client refers to the individual purchasing the Commission. The Commission refers to the service produced by the Artist to the Client according to the Commission agreement, other definitions can be Artwork, Illustration, Project, Painting, and others, always considering the service aspect. The Commission agreement refers to the discussion or conversation through which the Artist and the Client come to an agreement about the subject matter, the type of Commission, the Commission price/payment, and - if applicable - the deadline, start of work, early termination, copyright, personal or commercial licence, and the public display preference of the Commission by the Client.
The Start of Work refers to the precise day the Artist starts producing the requested Commission.
I. GENERAL TERMS
1. The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request.2. The Client may display the Commission in Profiles as long as the Artist’s name (NICODICODINGO) is displayed along the post in any possible way, although there can be exceptions if the Client and Artist come to an agreement.3. The Artist may use any images of the Commission for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in the Commission Agreement (confidentiality).4. If the Commission is defined as confidential in the Commission Agreement, the Artist will temporarily delay public display of the image at the request of the Client.5. The Client may request a preview of the Commission at any time during the creation process, especially at the early stages of the Commission, but not more than 3 times total, unless allowed by the Artist.6. The Artist can reproduce art of a copyrighted or Trademarked image or character, as long as it is agreed as Personal Use only, and not Commercial Use in any way.7. The Artist is not responsible for printing [creating a hard copy of] a digital art Commission for the Client unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement. The Client may use the digital file for local printing, so long as it does not breach any other condition (like being anything other than Personal Use) and the Client obtains expressed written permission from the Artist prior to printing.8. All commissions are stated as Personal Use, unless the possibility of it being used for Commercial Purposes is discussed and agreed between the Client and the Artist.9. The Artist retains all rights to the Commission, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion (e.g. Profiles, Personal Space, Public Space, etc.). The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission, unless any of those options is agreed by both the Artist and Client.10. All communication with the Client will be done in their platform of preference, but only if the Artist has an account there and accepts doing so, as some platforms are more optimal for contacting and sending images than others.11. The Artist has the right to put their signature in the Commission, and will make sure to make it affect minimally the Commission itself. The Client can request a non-signed version of the Commission if an agreement is done with the Artist, but the Client can't erase the signature from the commission under any circumstance.12. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, and can only be modified by the agreement of both parties.
II. PAYMENT
1. Payment must be made through a Paypal invoice sent through Email (optimal), or alternatively, through KOFI’s internal payment tool, which accepts payments via Paypal and Debit/Credit Cards, and also has protections for clients and buyers.2. The Artist hereby sells or transfers the Commission to the Client at the agreed value.3. A full upfront payment must be made after the signing of the Commission Agreement and prior to the Start of Work, unless another solution is agreed with the Client by the Artist. If the Commission Agreement has been done but the payment hasn't been made, the Start of Work could be postponed. The artist reserves the right to start the commission only after payment has been made.4. All prices are expressed in American Dollars (USD), and payments are expected to be made as such. The Client is responsible for providing the correct amount.5. Just like the Client is able to send extra payment as a way of tipping the Artist, the Artist has the right to keep such extra payment if the Client wants to get it back, as it counts as part of the total payment the Artist received for the Commission.6. The Artist has the right to not refund a Commission if it is more than halfway done, meaning the job is almost finished and time was already put into it.7. The Artist will only make a full refund if the piece is less than halfway done when the TAT deadline is met (For example, a commission with a TAT of 3 months with only a sketch would be elligible for a full refund).8. If the piece is more than halfway done but the TAT deadline is met, the client is elligible for a refund of half the commission cost if they so desire, at the cost of work on the commission stopping.

To you, for supporting me:
Thank you!
From the bottom of my heart!-[NICODICODINGO]
